NEXUS is a Trusted Traveler Program designed to expedite the border – and airport – clearance process for low-risk, pre-approved travelers. Enrolling in the program costs $50 for five years, with identification cards provided for free for children under 18, and NEXUS participants are automatically enrolled in TSA Precheck and Global Entry. NEXUS is a bi-national program jointly administered by Canada Border Services Agency and U.S. Customs and Border Protection for travelers in Canada and the United States.
